Fibroepithelial Polyp Arising From the Nasal Septum: A Case Report and a Literature Review

Fibroepithelial polyp (FEP) is a benign tumor of mesodermal origin, which mostly found on the skin. FEPs in upper respiratory system are reported originating from oropharynx and larynx, rarely nasal cavity. A 57-year-old female presented with polyp-like lesion right septal mucosa adjacent to mucocutaneous junction. The mass was surgically removed, diagnosis FEP made based histopathological review.
